🤔 Job Description

The selected candidate shall be required to independently undertake all activities associated with the following:

  • Litigation involving Civil, Consumer, and Criminal matters before different Judicial/Quasi-Judicial forums, including drafting and vetting of pleadings, notices, etc., and attending such proceedings in the aforesaid forums.
  • Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms involving drafting and vetting of pleadings, notices, etc., and attending such proceedings before ADR forums.
  • Drafting and vetting various kinds of contractual documents, including agreements, notices, etc.
  • Rendering legal opinions on various business issues, including those related to Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and regulatory matters.
  • Other tasks as required depending upon the organizational needs.

🤔 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a qualification obtained through a full-time regular course from institutions, colleges, universities, or deemed universities recognized by AICTE/UGC in one of the following:

  • a. A graduate degree in any discipline along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), or
  • b. A 5-year Integrated LLB Degree.

The LLB degree must be recognized by the Bar Council of India.

For candidates whose final marks in the qualifying degree are presented as letter/number grades (such as CGPA, GPI, SGPA, etc.), the equivalent percentage will be determined using the CGPA to percentage conversion formula adopted by their respective institution/university. Such candidates must provide a conversion certificate issued by their institution/university during the personal interview, if shortlisted.


🎓 Selection Procedure

The selection process will include the following components:

  • i) Marks from the PG CLAT 2024 examination,
  • ii) Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT), and
  • iii) Personal Interview (PI).

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for GD, GT, and PI based on their marks (out of 120) in the PG CLAT 2024 examination, categorized in descending order. Simply appearing for the PG CLAT 2024 examination does not guarantee shortlisting for GD, GT, or PI. A merit list will be prepared only for those candidates who qualify in all components of the selection process.
